The City of Joondalup Council unanimously voted to adopt the Burns Beach Master Plan in 2016.

 

It is understood that the Master Plan complements (but does not replace) the Burns Beach Structure Plan. It is an integrated Burns Beach Master Plan, incorporating "original" Burns Beach and the Burns Beach Caravan Park areas.

The Burns Beach Foreshore Plan was reviewed and approved with major upgrades planned for the BB Foreshore.
