Bramston Park Community Sporting Facility
City of Joondalup Council is proceeding with development of a new community centre and junior sports facilities in Bramston Park.
The development plans include:

Multi-purpose community sporting facility and associated car park

Playground with connecting pathway
-
Drinking fountain
-
Barbecue and picnic shelter
-
Sports floodlighting
-
Synthetic cricket pitch.
Construction work has commenced and practical completion of the facility is scheduled for Q1/Q2 2016 (ahead of schedule). An ocial opening ceremony for the new facility (organised by City of Joondalup) will take place on a Saturday 14th May. BBRA is planning to organise a suitable community event on this date. Note that the West-facing elevation has been amended to incorporate bi-fold doors that will enable clear views of the sports field from the meeting room.
City of Joondalup has advised BBRA that the primary junior sports organisations that will be using the new facilities are:
- Westside Football Club www.westsidefc.com.au
- Joondalup Kinross Community Cricket Club www.jkcc.com.au
BBRA understands that Westside FC is holding a fundraiser fete at Bramston Park on Saturday 12th March 2016. BBRA is not involved in this event.
